    You can sign up for our email list to be in the loop of future products.

  • Yes! - Practically, everything is customizable, from fonts to colors, branding, images. You can make the template fit your brand & aesthetic with a few clicks.

  • Ooops.., Well we'd suggest you make a duplicate of all pages on the website, unable them for now, and place them in a folder in the unlinked section of your website. That way, you always have a backup of the original design.

  • It depends on your needs. I would suggest reading up on them here (https://www.squarespace.com/pricing) and looking critically at your website needs right now. You can always upgrade your plan if your needs change.

  • Yes absolutely! We'd be happy for you to use our products for your clients. There are only two things you need to keep in mind:

    1. 1 website template purchase = 1 website usage. If you want to use the template for more than one website, then you must repurchase the template for that new website project :)

    2. You must not claim the design, graphics, or design elements as your own, not even if you alter them. To avoid any confusion, we encourage you to use "Website template by Hersted Hertz" in the site's footer.

  • Yes, but you'll need to purchase our Template Transfer add-on service along with your template to have us manually transfer the template into your existing website.

  • The templates come with a six-month Squarespace trial period. When you're ready to launch your site, you simply purchase your Squarespace subscription, and you will then have access as long as you are subscribed.

  • Yes, but you'd have to start over with a new 7.1 website.

    Our website templates are created for Squarespace 7.1 and aren't compatible with 7.0. Therefore, you would have to cancel the subscription on your existing site and move your content from your 7.0 site to the brand new 7.1 website we create and send you.

  • Yes, The Full Template Set-up

  • When your purchase your website template, it comes with the license to 1 website usage. That means if you want to use the template on two websites, you need to purchase the template two times.

    If you wish to use it for three websites, you need to purchase it three times and so on.

  • I'm 101% confident in the quality of our website templates, and therefore, we offer a money-back guarantee. If you have not successfully set up the template, I will refund your template purchase (valid for seven days after purchase or until ownership is transferred).

To make each website template stand out from the crowd, we've also created a few graphic resources inside Canva, a FREE design platform.

    We have video walkthroughs showing you how to edit the graphics in Canva before uploading them to your site.

  • Nope - not at all. Our templates are designed to be easy, intuitive, and beginner-friendly; therefore, you wonøt need code to edit your template.

  • Yes, we have the friendliest emails support 356 days of the year. We try and reply til all messages within 24 hours. So if you run into any problems just send us an email and we’ll do our best to help you!

  • A website template is a pre-built website delivered straight to your inbox. Everything you need to do is customize it to your brand, fx. by editing the colors fonts, adding your images, and so on.

  • Yes! Squarespace is the only all-in-one website builder out there, and they have an integrated e-commerce platform that can be added to any Squarespace website!

  • Yes, you can add a blog to any Squarespace website.

  • No, not at all. You're free to edit the copyright disclaimer in the footer of your site to not include us.

    If you'd like to support us and help others find a Great website template, we'd be happy if you'd add "Website template by Hersted Hertz," but it's entirely up to you.

  • Within 48 hours after your purchase, you'll receive an email from Squarespace with a Contributor invitation. In that email, you click the link titled "Accept the invitation," and it'll open a website where you either create a free account with Squarespace or sign in to an existing account you have.

    The template will then be linked to that account, and you can then access your website when you log on to Squarespace.

  • No - All graphics are created in Canva, a free, intuitive, and beginner-friendly alternative to programs such as photoshop.

    We also include a video walkthrough of how to edit the graphics inside Canva.

  • Open the demo website on your tablet or phone or resize your browser window to see how it scales down. :)

  • Squarespace is probably the easiest and most beginner-friendly website builder out there, so we have complete faith in your skills once you try it out.

    Furthermore, we are continuously adding new video guides on using Squarespace, ways to customize, and other website-building videos.

  • Some of our customers launch their website within a day; others take up to a month to customize it, write the copy, and have brand photos taken.

    If you already have basic branding in place, the photos you'll be using, and an idea of what you'd like to copy to be, then we would say you could have it up and ready over a weekend.

  • No, our website templates only work with the newest version of Squarespace called 7.1.

  • See which version your website is on by going to your website -> in the admin menu, click on Help -> scroll to the bottom & it will show which version.

  • Directly after you purchase, you get a Download link to a PDF with a bit of information & access to the Resource page. On this resource page, you'll find all template graphics, video walkthroughs, FAQs, Extra resources to build your website.

    Within 48 hours after purchase, you receive an email from Squarespace with an invitation to your brand new website.

    Within 7 days after purchase, we'll transfer the ownership of your new website over to you.

  • Can I use my own logo?

  • If it's been 48 after since your purchase and you've not received an email from Squarespace, and it's not in your spam folder, then we'd ask you to send us an email.

    We will then manually send you an invite link to access your website.

  • You find it on the website resource page. There is a link & password to the resource page in the PDF on the download link made available after purchase.
