The VIP Day Experience
TODAY
Fill out the application form below and pick from the your VIP day from the available dates. A 50% deposit is due at this time to secure your spot. in our calender.
WITHIN 24 HOURS
You’ll receive a welcome email with instructions to book our 30-min introduction call where we’ll talk over your design goals and create the outline for the VIP day project.
PRE VIP DAY
You’ll be invited to a project portal on Notion with a overview of the VIP Day, your VIP day questionnaire & a to-do list with anything that I need form your before the VIP DAY.
3 DAYS BEFORE
You’ll submit your questionnaire and all items of your to-do list has been completed, so we can prepare for the VIP Day and request anything that is still missing. If I have follow up questions we’ll hop on a quick zoom call.
You receive an email at the beginning of the day and We’ll jump straight into designing. I’ll be in touch throughout the day to give you updates and request feedback.
24 HOURS AFTER
The final half in your investment is due and the design and all files are neatly packed and delivered to you. You have 3 days to review everything. I provide 2 hour of revisions/final-touches on your work.
THE END RESULT:

We can help you create one or refer your to one of our Premade brands for sale in our template shop.
We recommend working with a professional brand designer as we are unable to design a website, collateral material, social media graphic or and so on without a current brand style guide. -
No, we are not copywriters - so that would be a really bad idea!
We can help you with Prompt for writing your own copy during the prep work for the VIP day or suggest you work with a copywriter beforehand.

We offer a payment plan broken down into 2 payments:
A deposit, and a final payment.The deposit is due when boooking & saves your spot in our calendar. The final payment is due on the VIP day of our project, before all files & website ownership is handed over.

Yes! You need to make sure your schedule allows for you to give feedback during your VIP day and answer questions that might arise as we work. This is a collaborative process and communication is key to making your design dreams come true.

They are the best is the best website building platform on the planet. The creative freedom is unmatched, which means we can tailor your site to your brand (instead of the other way around). And it's literally drag and drop (with no or minimal code!), so it's easier for you to update yourself than any of its competitors! Plus, it looks great on all devices. -
Have a Professional brand & logo with a style guide - or be willing to invest in one.
Well written, professional copywriting is also highly preferable, but we do offer resources to help you write it yourself. However we must have the finished copy in hand before the VIP day.
Time during our VIP day to provide feedback within a timely manner. -

If we decide to work together, I'll send over a contract & payment link, then we get you onboarded.
Before your project start date, you'll complete your prepwork & book a strategy call on the start date.
From our strategy call i jump straight into designing. You'll approve and give feedback to pages along the way, starting with the homepage.
I deliver all final final deliverables, we jump on a launch call where i teach you how to make changes to your site moving forward, connect your domain, and we're set to launch together! -
We’ll go over your goals and project size at our Zoom meeting after booking. If the scope of your projects exceeds what can be accomplished within 1 day, you’ll have the option to book another VIP day back-to-back or we may recommend you to book one of our other packages.
